Welcome to the Envoy London website terms and conditions for use (“Terms”). These terms apply to the use of this eCommerce Website. When you access this Website and/or place an order through the purchase of our Products, you confirm your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herewith.

 USE OF THE WEBSITE

Access to this website is provided based on these Terms and Conditions specified, you confirm agreement to the stipulated Terms and Conditions stated here when placing an order.

1) PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

1.1 When placing an order, we will request for certain personal information such as billing and shipping addresses and contact details. This data is collected to ensure identification and successful delivery of your purchase. This data is stored on our eCommerce website for management reports, re-ordering, and analytics purposes.

1.2. This website does not store credit card information. Credit card processing is facilitated through an accredited payment processor on their website.

1.3 An order is processed in four stages. Order placement, order confirmation, order dispatch and order completion. When you place an order on this website through a successful payment, you will be notified via email of order placement. Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase our products and does not signify automatic acceptance. Once an order is accepted for processing, an order confirmation email notification will be sent to you. If an order is not accepted, a refund process will be initiated as stipulated further below. When an order is dispatched via our shipping partner, a separate order dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you. An order process is considered complete upon your receipt of products shipped, at which point we will receive notification by our Shipping Partner and the order will be marked complete on our website with a final email confirmation to you.

1.4 Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The Product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms.

2) ORDER CANCELLATION

2.1 An order can be cancelled at two stages of the ordering process.

2.1.1 Between order placement and order dispatch. You can login to your account on our website and cancel your order prior to dispatch. At this stage, as your order has yet to leave our stores, your cancellation will be accepted, and a full refund of your order payment will be offered between 3 to 10 business days. The refund amount will be to the credit card used only.

2.1.2 If an order has already been dispatched, you can request an order return by sending us an email to [email protected]. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately and at your own cost and risk. Please take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. A full or partial refund will be offered based on the conditions of the product returned. A customer service representative will be in touch with you once an order return request is emailed.

2.2 Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to measure or are made to your specification, that have been clearly personalized or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

3) DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

3.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We will confirm the price of a Product in the Dispatch Confirmation.

3.2 Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the Products are correct. However while the color reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual Products may occur.

4) PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

4.2 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which have been successfully placed and payments completed.

4.3 Every effort has been made on this Website to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure.

5) DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. While we cannot offer a guarantee, we aim to deliver all products within 3 to 14 business days of order confirmation.

6) RETURN OF GOODS

6.1 Return of products delivered should be within 14 days of order receipt.

6.2 Return of products should be communicated via email to [email protected] with the order number, product sku(s), product name(s) and reason for return.

6.3 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

6.4 Products purchased via the Envoy London website that have been personalized for you, or made to your specific measurements (including sleeve shortening on shirts, addition of pockets on shirts, trouser alterations, jacket alterations, and shortening of shirt tails) are non-refundable.

6.5 Monogrammed products cannot be returned or refunded.

6.6 Products may be returned due to one of the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects or other damages the products may have sustained during shipping
  • The wrong product, size or measurement is sent due to an error from Envoy London.

7) PRIVACY

7.1 We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7.2 If you telephone one of our customer service representatives, we may keep a recording of that call for training purposes.

8) SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

8.1 Envoy London may from time to time offer discounts, multi-buy, free shipping or other such promotional offers.

8.2 Terms and conditions of these promotions will be clearly displayed via the promotions’ dedicated pages or in the product descriptions or checkout process based on the promotion.

8.3 While some promotions may apply concurrently, most promotions are applied individually. Please refer to terms and conditions of said promotions prior to making a purchase.

8.4 Clearance sales and flash sales promotions may offer significant discounts and offer overriding terms and conditions to those stated here. Please take note of the same prior to purchase. An example; a clearance sale priced product may be non-refundable.

9.1 We intend to rely upon these Terms and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of usage, purchase and data storage on this website. 9.2 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Order Dispatch (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
